GENERAL DESCRIPTION
It is a clay mineral (kaolin), soft, earthy and usually white. It is found in granite and is formed as a result of decomposition of some of the feldspar within it. The characteristics of China Clay is determined by the extend of Alumina (Al₂O₃) content.

GENERAL APPLICATIONS/ USES
- Water based decorative paint and solvent based decorative paints.
- Natural and synthetic rubber compounds — nonblack filler with reinforcing properties.
- Filler in plastics.
- Blended with Portland cement in order to improve the durability of concrete and mortar.
- Production of white cement.
