GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Activated Carbon is an abundant rock-forming mineral typically occurring as colourless or pale-coloured crystals and consisting of aluminosilicates of potassium, sodium, and calcium. If Sodium is high (above 10%) it is called Soda Feldspar. If Potassium is high it is called Potash Feldspar.

GENERAL APPLICATIONS/ USES
- Fluxing agent
- Glass industry — reduces the melting point and control the viscosity of glass.
- Ceramics — main fluxing agent
- Fillers and Extenders — paints, plastics and rubber.
- Assists the enamel composition of enamel frits and glazes, assuring the absence of defects and the neatness of the end product.
